Tips for sme and online shops

.-Be very clear on your home page with specific key words to attract the right target customers.
.-be different from your direct competitors on your Core Message (marketing is now the most important issue on the Internet)
.-Use smooth colours (white) with a very simple design for your e-shop
.-Separate items by families (maximum 8 to 10) on your top menu
.-Make things happen very easily and friendly for final users
.-Be on social networks (minimum Facebook and Twitter) to establish a ery dynamic communication with final users and target customers
.-Answer all their questions about your company, your products in maximum 48h, time is running on the net (can be an advantage or not)...take car of your time organisation per day on social networks
.-Offer at least 3 payment terms with security modes (following the country you're targeting)
.-Be transparent on delivery terms and customize your response to each final customer.
