Stock Control=Beter Cash-Flow

Very important for any company. be very careful with your stock control, inventory level, how do you control it? Depending on your market segment, and your rotation rate, you have to fix a specific periodic control on your stock. That will tell you a lot about your business health: take into account the principle of 80-20 and be aware of that 80% with low rotation movings, try to decrease the low rotation items or just cancel these (offering another service: just available on orders).
The stock level will affect directly on your cash flow and thta's why it's important to control it at least once a month: analyse and take decisions (ever if it's on costs, it's beter to move money and make cash to buy other references based on new customers approach than just keeping for months or years an old fashion product).

More than a coach, business developper meanings

With more than 17 years experience now, on international level, in different markets, segments and after getting a good knowledge (but still poor) on human behaviours, I personally think that the word " coach" is not a good way to be introuced to a company, or a professonal group. The job to be done is helping the owner of the company to boost the core business and improve the results of the company. So, I bet that's more a business development description task neverthless we're talking on short term periods to start a new mentality, a new way of thinking and a new vision to the business.
Today, the Internet is so powerfull tht we have to concentrate on our notoriety firstly, to be the leader on the SEO with the right content, the perfect links, the new designs or customers forums. The Marketing role is getting so important that in many companies, the usual Slaes & marketing Manager job is no longer affordable but do we really anticipate that change? In many cases of traditional structures in small sized companies, the response is "no". We are just fighting day by day to maitain the company on our global market.
We really need to stop some hours, take the time to think about where do I go? what do I want for my guys and for my company? How to get there? Which special tools do I need and which timing and priorities to implement?
Being specialised in SME's, repetition on each scenario: be aware, open your mind, be curious, be informed, listen to others, ask what others are thinking about the same idea, try to "innovate" and grow!

Yes, we did it! The French Wine Domaine Lou Colombier (Montouliers – Languedoc) has been choosen by a Chinese group to be present in their more than 300 VIP clubs in the South of China.

2-Very good design - prestige image is needed
3-Special labels with good refrences or premiums
4-Be very fast reactive in your response to their needs, or any specific question about product range, countryside, technical charateristics
5-provide and be able to provide all the requird certificates: food and safety, certificate of origin, all commercial documents in English.


This very small and family owned company is open-minded and this opportunity can be a good process growth but always measuring the impact of the export sales on production capacity and process.


The follow up is also a priority to keep the business and get the first order. So, continuity and professionalism to demonstrate your experience on international level will also be very impotant! That's also the step where I have to act as personal coach for this small unit company and help them in their first experience.
