Diagnostic and solution plan for MAVIKARTING

Some weeks ago, I met Mr Copin, owner of http://www.mavikarting.com/, through the very flExible and efficient Program by the Awex: ESE for TPE.

The main objectives of my mission were:

1- Analysis of the past 3 years, evolution, sales level, export strategy
2-Give a dynamic vision and support to boost the online shop, on a niche market: accessories for karting fans worlwide but with some more accent on the Benelux and French markets.
3-Swot analysis

We conclude a very extensive report based on a Business Plan, Marketing Plan, new tools of e-marketing for the company to optimise and increase the traffic to their web and of course, get the best converstion rate on this kind of e-shops-including some changes on e-shop design solution.

A calendar of specific and concrete actions to be realised by the company, on a very easy mode to push the final kart user to visit http://www.mavikarting.com/, how to get new products, how to prospect on the Internet, how to target these actions and planify the time to reach our goals.

A very complete job for me, I really enjoyed this cooperation with a dynamic open-mind owner and a very effective communication, very important point to be successful afterwards to be able to implement the conclusions.

Note that I'm based in Spain but I'm working mainly for Belgian companies. There is absolutely no border anymore as thanks to Skype, e-mail or otehr Internet tools, distance doesn't matter, and getting the best results is a priority.
