There are thousands of foreign residents in Spain and more concentrated on the Mediterranean coast. We can observe some special villages like Altea, Calpe, Denia, Jávea, Moraira, Teulada where the concentration is higher than Spanish residents.
Where you get there, it seems completely different: you have the same climate, nice beach, views, sea, bars but many of the workers are English, Dutch, Nordic people looking for the sunny sky and another lifestyle closed to the beach.
Here, the crisis is different, the timing also, everything look quiet.
There are now very good bargains in real estate business for all these people looking for a nice and peaceful place to live.
