For those who are just starting on export, some advises:
1-For your first meeting or telephone call, prepare a brief dialogue
*Introduce yourself and your company activities- 1 or 2 minuts maximum (read a written text if you're not sure of yourself)
*Reason of your call
*Try to reach the right person
*Try to fix a meeting
2-Always anticipate by e-mail
3-For the first meeting, if you have some  language problem, you can ask some support from Awex (AEC), through our regional center.

Or you can be assisted by myself. There are also grants from the Walloon Governement to support this investment (the ROI is usually measured on a short term for sme with a high availability of products or services).
